Multi-Colour Jacquard

Patterns knitted directly into the fabric structure, never printed. We run up to 13 distinct yarn carriers in a single piece with razor-sharp colour separation. Each colour is fed from its own electronically controlled yarn carrier on a Shima Seiki or Stoll flat machine, and the artwork is converted into a stitch file by our in-house CAD punchers rather than outsourced. The technique is used across the full garment range — crew-neck sweaters, scarves, beanies, socks, doll apparel and pet clothing — and is the same capability that makes complex brand artwork and character graphics commercially viable on knit. Production runs 3GG to 14GG, with heavier gauges used for chunky winter jacquard and finer gauges for graphic-rich lightweight knits. Pantone colour matching is supported from our Dalang yarn inventory hub with lab dips in 48 hours. The hand-feel is full jacquard knit — substantial but breathable — and the artwork survives repeated home wash cycles without fading or cracking because the colour is part of the yarn itself, not applied to the surface.
