On our 12GG fine-knit machines we can render text down to 8mm in height with crisp readability on a folded cuff. Weights run 80–110 g/pc in soft acrylic for value-tier promotional programs, 100% Merino wool for premium collections, and recycled polyester for sustainability-driven brand briefs. Silhouette options include fold-over cuff, classic fisherman beanie, slouch fit, and cropped beanie, with optional removable or fixed yarn pom-poms and faux-fur trim.
