Custom Family Matching Christmas Jumper

A family Christmas jumper programme fails in one of two places, and neither is the artwork. The first is the pattern scale: most factories grade a single chart up and down, so a snowflake that reads cleanly on an adult chest collapses into a red smear at 2Y, while lettering on the kids' version turns into blocks. We engineer the repeat per panel width instead, so the motif count changes across the size run and the design still reads on a 60 cm chest as clearly as on a 110 cm one. The second failure is colour, specifically bright red running into the ivory ground along the jacquard edges after the first domestic wash. We knit this programme from reactive-dyed yarn with a cationic fixation bath and test colourfastness to grade 4.5 before bulk, because a family set is washed together and one pink-tinged ivory panel ruins the whole order. The jacquard itself carries up to 13 yarn colours in a single row, knitted into the structure rather than printed or appliqued, on 12GG flat machines with a 7GG chunky option on the same pattern. Kids' panels are knitted with float-tucks at the neck and cuff so no long floats sit where small fingers pull at them. Everything is developed from a tech pack: send artwork, a reference photo or a hand sketch and we return a stitch chart with full colour separation, graded points of measure and a size run built on a shared yoke and armhole block, kids 2Y-12Y and adult S-XL. Sample in 7 days, bulk in 20-25 days, MOQ 100 pieces per colourway with sizes and colourways split inside that. For Q4 retail, sampling should be locked by August and bulk confirmed by early October so DDP air or sea freight lands before the November shop floor reset.
