The Problem: Client had intricate 13-colour anime character artwork with fine line details. Three previous mills in Vietnam and China turned it down, claiming 6 colors was their maximum limit.
Our Solution: Our CAD punchers split the artwork across multi-system electronic yarn carriers on 12GG Stoll flat machines. We engineered clean non-snagging back floats and matched all 13 Pantone shades within 72 hours.

The Problem: Design studio required sculpted 3D raised waffle/melon relief with clean double-sided finish, zero sagging after machine washing, and heavy 650g/pc handfeel.
Our Solution: Developed custom transfer stitch tension curves on 5GG flat machines with 100% mercerized combed cotton yarn. Shipped physical PPS in 4 days which passed client shrink and wash tests on the first submission.
