Custom winter scarves are knit from the same yarn batch as our sweater range so an entire seasonal set — sweater, scarf, and beanie — can be sold as a coordinated retail bundle with zero perceptible colour drift between pieces. Two construction modes are available: double-sided reversible jacquard with mirrored patterns on both faces for premium gift sets and clean single-face scarf with a soft drape for everyday retail. Standard dimensions are 180 cm × 30 cm for the everyday silhouette and 200 cm × 50 cm for the oversized blanket-scarf format favoured by outerwear and resort brands. Edge finishes include hand-twisted natural fringes for heritage collections and clean machine selvedge for minimalist labels. Yarn options cover cashmere-feel soft acrylic for value lines, 100% wool for cold-weather heritage ranges, and 100% cotton for transitional spring collections. Custom branding options include woven corner labels, embroidered corner motifs, branded packaging and gift-box kits with ribbon. Typical buyers are premium knitwear brands bundling scarves with their hero sweater, holiday gift-set brands, hotels and spa groups running co-branded amenities, and outdoor lifestyle brands needing generous sized layering pieces.
