Our heavyweight knit hoodie is the cold-weather streetwear and uniform staple at 650–850 g/pc — heavier than a standard screen-printed cotton fleece — built from dense cotton-poly terry that is mechanically brushed on the inside for a cloud-soft hand-feel. The double-layer hood, heavy cotton drawcord with custom metal aglets, and reinforced kangaroo pocket give it the structural weight that premium streetwear and workwear buyers expect. The front carries our high-density 3D embroidery service, calibrated not to pucker or distort on stretch knit, with options for flat embroidery, chenille patches, applique and TPU badges. Production runs 3GG–12GG with single-sided brushed or double-sided polar fleece finishes. Standard metal hardware includes heavy-duty eyelets and custom-branded aglets; woven neck labels, care tags, hem tags and individual polybag or eco-cornstarch packaging are included.
