Most mills treat a mixed-stitch body as several separate panels stitched together, which is why the pattern so often breaks at the shoulder and side seams. We programme the whole front and back as one continuous band sequence, running cable twists, pointelle eyelet columns and geometric intarsia motifs side by side inside a single knitting file, so every vertical band stays in register from the collar down to the hem. The construction is deliberately substantial: 3GG–7GG flat-knit produced on our own Shima Seiki and Stoll floor at roughly 650–800 g/pc, closed with a 2x2 ribbed collar, cuffs and hem finished in the same two-tone navy and ivory contrast trim as the body. Yarn is Pantone-matched and dye-lot controlled, so a repeat order placed six months later still matches the sample you signed off. Because the bands stack vertically rather than horizontally, the silhouette reads as a clean solid from across the room and only releases its stitch work at close range — a strong fit for premium menswear labels, Scandinavian and Japanese select shops, heritage-inspired capsules, and DTC brands that want a signature texture instead of another flat graphic. Custom woven neck labels, care labels and hangtags are included at no extra charge on every production run. MOQ is 100 pieces per design, sampling turnaround 72 hours from yarn stock confirmation, bulk production 2–3 weeks after PPS approval, and DDP door-to-door shipping to the US, EU, UK, AU and JP is standard.
