Logos, slogans and full-wrap patterns are knitted directly into the yarn on 7GG and 12GG Shima Seiki machines — never printed, patched or embroidered afterwards — so the brand mark will never crack, peel, fade or wash off, no matter how many times the wearer tumbles it through the laundry. On 12GG fine-knit machines we can render text down to 8mm in height crisply enough to read on a folded cuff. Weights run 80–110 g/pc in soft acrylic for promotional programs, 100% Merino wool for premium collections, and recycled polyester for sustainability-driven brand briefs. Custom options include fold-over cuff, classic fisherman silhouette, slouch fit, and removable or fixed yarn / faux-fur pom-poms. Optional interior micro-fleece thermal lining turns the beanie into a serious cold-weather piece for outdoor and ski programs.
